Ingrid Bonnor - We Are Gold Coast Campaign
Homebodii founder and designer, Ingrid Bonnor is excited to be featured in the Gold Coast City Council's We Are Gold Coast Campaign 2018. The We are Gold Coast Campaign features individuals from the ‘six pillars’ of the Gold Coast, with Mrs Bonnor and five other successful Gold Coaster’s showcasing their success in the fashion, events, culture, health and knowledge, and transport fields. Mrs Bonnor was selected in the city pride campaign that launched just before the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, to highlight the homegrown success of her Fashion Brand Homebodii. Airing on Channel Nine, the campaign will be voiced by Gold Coast Mayor, Mr Tom Tate, and will feature each successful individual in their own promotional piece.
Selected for being a leader in the fashion business, Mrs Bonnor, said she is excited for the campaign to highlight the Gold Coast as a place of opportunity.
“The Gold Coast is a great place to fulfil any business dreams and I am proud to share my brand’s story as an example of how the Gold Coast is the ultimate inspirational place for starting a successful international business,” Mrs Bonnor said.
Born and bred on the Gold Coast, Mrs Bonnor began her fashion business journey by selling bridal robes at local Gold Coast markets. With a flagship store now on the Gold Coast, Mrs Bonner has since expanded into bridal loungewear, intimates and sleepwear and has successfully lead homebodii into national and international markets. Homebodii is now stocked in the likes of David Jones, The Iconic, Revolve Clothing, Anthropologie, and Nordstrom.
