Homebodii Launches into Nordstrom
Homebodii is excited to announce their launch into US department store Nordstrom this month! Homebodii is the newest brand to picked up by the international retailer, further expanding their availability in the international market. In an exciting move for the Gold Coast based brand, Homebodii’s bridal robes, sleepwear and intimates launched with the retailer online in time for Mother’s Day.
"We are experiencing the most rapid growth since I launched Homebodii in 2011. To attract the attention of such a prestigious retailer is beyond my wildest dreams,” says founder Ingrid Bonnor.
“With determination and perseverance, Homebodii went from our spare room to a small factory and now a bigger factory with our own showroom and leading national and international stockists.”
Homebodii is already strong in the US market with stockists including Anthropolige and Revolve Clothing, of which the brand often sits on the best-seller list. Homebodii has featured at both New Year Fashion Week and Coachella in recent years.
Alongside international expansion, the brand continues to thrive in Australia. Less than one year since partnering with David Jones, Homebodii has been rolled out across 27 stores nationally and continues to be a top seller in the sleepwear department. Loved by women of all ages, shapes and sizes, Homebodii has built an enviable celebrity following from Taylor Swift and Million Dollar Listing glamour couple, Ryan Serhant and Emilia Bechrakis, to home grown hero and ambassador for the brand, Sophie Monk.
“Homebodii’s collection is designed to make women feel beautiful and this range is no exception. We are thrilled to be making our sleepwear, loungewear and bridal wear available to more women internationally,” says Bonnor.
Celebrated for her local and international success, Homebodii founder, Ingrid Bonnor, received the 2017 Rising Star Honour in the Australian Women in Business Awards, and is currently featured in the Gold Coast City Council’s We are Gold Coast campaign.
