My name is Amy Oliver, and I’m an interior designer working in my family’s business. I have a passion for cooking, travel, and all things design. On August 31, 2024, I married my best friend in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, surrounded by the people we love most.

Looking back on the day, we are so glad that we… Hiring a wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding. Another decision we are incredibly grateful for was choosing our dream venue, as it truly set the tone for the entire day.If there’s one piece of advice I’d give, it’s to follow your vision and choose a location you truly love— you won’t regret it.

Enjoy every part of the journey, especially the little details. From choosing your wedding dress to selecting your songs and asking your best friends to be your bridesmaids, each moment is so special. Make time to savour these experiences because they’re all beautiful. When things feel overwhelming or stressful, remember why you’re doing this. And don’t forget to involve your loved ones. Trust me, they’ll want to be part of it, and including them will make the entire experience even more meaningful.
My Homebodii moment was special because and I wore…
I wore the Sian Slip and Helena Robe while getting my hair and makeup done, and it gave me the confidence I needed on such an unforgettable day. It was the perfect choice, making me feel elegant and timeless.
